3. SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information will be shared with Payfast who we use to process your payments and the Courier Guy who we use to courier your orders to you. Any further sharing of your personal information will be in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations or any lawful request to protect our rights under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
4. PAYMENT
All payments on the Site are accepted through Yoco and iKhokha. In order to process your payment, your personal information will be shared to Yoco and iKhokha, this includes billing information, payment type and amount due.

You have the right to access your personal information which we retain and to request that your personal information be corrected, updated or deleted.
6. DATA RETENTION
All personal information which you share with us when placing our order or creating an account will be retained in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You may request in writing that your personal information be delete as described under clause 8.
7. CHANGES
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy from time to time as we deem necessary to do so and without any prior notification to you.
